Access is sold as an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Price and duration are shown at purchase.
If you monitor another person, you are responsible for obtaining their informed consent, or for having the legal authority to consent on their behalf. Do not use the Service to monitor anyone without a lawful basis.
Use the Service only for its intended wellbeing purpose. Do not attempt to access data for subjects you are not authorized to view.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humble Disruption is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed, delayed, or inaccurate alert or reading.
Except where superseded above, Apple's Standard License Agreement applies to your use of the app.
